Donate to Purchase an "Honorary Grove"

Help protect the Cambugan Watershed. Protect Virgin Cloud Forest and become a Founding Member

To protect and name a grove in honor of someone is a very special gift. You can do so by donating $40 for every acre you would like to protect.

• You will receive a certificate suitable for framing from CFI showing the amount of land protected and the name you have designated to be honored.
• A list of the honorary grove names will be displayed in the Institute's main building and on the Honorary Groves page.
• You and your family will receive a discount on costs for staying at the Institute site for your first visit to see the grove that YOU protected!

Become a Founding Member of Cloud Forest Institute / Instituto del Bosque Nublado in Ecuador

This requires a minimum donation of $1,000 and an interest in spending time at the site as an educator or developing the infrastructure. Founding Members will receive such distinction as:

1. Their names listed and mounted on the main building.
2. Their input solicited regarding design of the site.
3. The opportunity to come stay at the Institute site and participate as teachers and community members.

Become a Key Founding Member For your $10,000 minimum donation you will be recognized as a Key Founding Member by receiving the benefits listed above as well as an honorary degree from Cloud Forest Institute as a Global Community Builder.

Be a Philanthropist For Our Future By donating $50,000 or more. Donations at this level make it possible for CFI to do our work in leaps and bounds rather than baby steps. Donors at this level receive all of the benefits listed above and will be honored at a special dinner held annually.

You Are Able to Make a Donation to Any of the Organizations We Fiscally Sponsor

Through Donate Direct or with a check or money order through the mail. Please make a note with the name of the organization or project that the donation is for.
