Draft Member Qualifications and Commitments

Qualifications:

To have skills pertinant to the vital aspects of defining and maintaining the goals of the community and it's educational mission,
To commit resources of currency and labor to get the community going until it reaches economic sustainability,
To dedicate time and personal committment to actualizing the community mission,
To work for the good of the community and be willing to secede issues to the consensus of the group,
To be willing to spend the necessary time in general and committee meetings,
To be willing to do all necessary tasks both humble and high, per ones physical ability.

Personal committment to:

Have full understanding of and absolute commitment to yourself and the community, to make this endeavor succeed.
Embrace living in community, maintain positive relations with others, and participate in a co-established means of conflict resolution, when need arises.
Follow a code of non-violence: to not willfully cause harm to yourself, the community, or the land,
Not participate in illegal activity on community property,
In public, act with consideration that you represent the whole community.
