Thanks in part to these donors, in 2005 CFI was able to purchase and protect 254 hectares, over 625 acres of Cloud Forest as part of the Cambugan Wildlife Corridor. Donors below are also helping to fund a second purchase of close to 535 acres in 2007. As of November 2006, $8,000 is still needed to conserve this second parcel.

For only a $50 tax-deductible donation you can save an entire acre in your name, or in honor of a loved one.

For all Honorary Groves protected CFI will issue a certificate, suitable for framing that includes the donors name, the name of the Honorary Grove, the number of acres you are protecting and a special message of your choosing.

For the price of a tank of gas, or a pair of shoes, or a couple of CDs, you can save an ENTIRE ACRE of virgin cloud forest.

Businesses, clubs or associations can be sponsors too.

For $100 for the first acre, and $50 for additional acres, you can protect an endangered grove in the name of your organization – and receive these benefits:

• A link from our Business Sponsors page to yours.
• Listed in annual thank you letter to the editor of local papers (N. Cal.)
• Listed in our newsletter
• Thanked at events
• Thanked on air at KMEC radio 105.1
