- Provide shuttle from key areas of town to existing farmers and community markets
- Develop mobile farmers market (Oakland model) to take local produce into neighborhoods with limited access.
- Develop a program for locals to sell, exchange or donate excess private production
- Establish pooled purchasing of local inputs for area restaurants and other food services
