Honey, certainly , but can we grow sugar beets and process them...how about birch or maple sap farms and extraction into syrup? Stevia farm, anyone?

• • • Non-vegetable protein sources...beyond eggs and chickens, I have heard of a method of growing shrimp in tanks, sustainably with an alternating algae cycle
